Not too long ago, Troy's football team was considered a laughing stock in the high school football landscape. That might sound cruel, but Troy coach Chris Frasier still remembers the mocking from within the school's hallways. Back in 2019, the Troy football team went 0-9 and did not score a single point until its eighth game of the season. In its first seven games that season, Troy was out-scored 295-0. It ended up scoring 45 points in its final two games but also gave up 90 points to finish the season with a 385-45 scoreboard deficit.
